Yoga essentially means “unity” but we must realize what it is we are unifying with. My foundation has been laid by the teachings of Pantanjali and evolved through experiences and practices from many teachers since I was 20 years old.

YogaMuse classes, at The Collective, are open to all and emphasize a holistic approach to the body, mind and spirit - as opposed to a punishing atmosphere. Current classes, with Adrienne, include: Gentle Yoga, Fire Flow (Hot Yoga), Chakra Flow and Yin Yoga. Other instructors offer variety with Hatha Flow and Friday Night Flow - a super fun and challenging Vinyasa.

Yoga Events & Workshops are a major highlight of YogaMuse and The Collective. We love to collaborate with as many teachers and musicians as possible to create a sort of “living art” which also imbues a healing modality.

Adrienne has really been taken with sound healing and loves to offer these sound bath events on a regular basis! Gongs, crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, traditional native instruments, drums of all kinds, hand pans and a ton of other instruments give students a sense of peace and clarity with their life missions.

Yoga is not just the physical stretches (Asana) … it is a toolbox to develop the spirit and strip away the unnecessary burdens we take on in life in order to realize who and what we truly are. Have you asked yourself “who am I?”

Adrienne has added an infrared heating system to the yoga room which aids in detoxification and sinking deeper into poses.

Heated classes are now on the schedule! Luke has dedicated his sessions to a tough physical practice in effort to lead to a deeper savasana. Adrienne has made her Fire Flow a more accessible event for all levels.
