Meditation & Pranayama
Take time to to get still and practice energizing breath work (pranayama) and meditation. Come explore the immense healing benefits of seated meditation (anyone can do it!) and the powerful anti-aging practices of yogic pranayama . This class is 30 minutes long and the effects will help you start your week grounded, centered, and at peace.
Take a break from your day to rejuvenate with this 50 minute yoga class where you will move your body and leave feeling great! We will explore a variety of yoga postures and flows to increase your overall strength and flexibility and you will leave invigorated, refreshed, and in a great space to finish your day. All levels welcome.
Restorative yoga is an excellent opportunity to disconnect from the frenetic activity of daily life and heal your nervous system for true and vital health. The long holds in these restful poses, supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allow the body to completely relax and gently bring you to your parasympathetic nervous system to relieve symptoms from spending too much time in "fight or flight" stress response. The body and mind a prepared to go inward for deeper awareness and meditation preparation.
